Strategic Natural Resources PLC (AIM: SNRP) announces that it was informed on 27 November 2009 that Richard Latham, Chairman of SNR, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 November 2009 at a price of 16.5 pence per share. Mr Latham now has a total beneficial and non beneficial interest in 2,831,111 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.78 per cent. of the total issued share capital of SNR.
