The Board of SNR was notified on the 15 December 2009 that on the 02 December 2009 RAB Capital plc, acting as discretionary manager of RAB Energy Fund Limited and RAB Octane Fund Limited, acquired an indirect interest in 3,420,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this acquisition, RAB Capital has a total indirect interest in 6,778,333 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 9.05 per cent. of the total issued share capital of SNR. The shares are registered in the name of Credit Suisse Client Nominees (UK) Limited.
