Strategic Natural Resources plc has today been informed by Christina Metcalfe, spouse of Jeremy Metcalfe (Chief Executive), that on 21 January 2008 she purchased 15,600 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company, at a price of 30.5p per share. Following the purchase Christina Metcalfe has an interest in 15,600 shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
