Strategic Natural Resources PLC (’SNR’), announces that it was informed on 28 February 2008 that on 28 February 2008, Peter Richard Stephen Earl, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 37p.

Following this purchase, Peter Richard Stephen Earl is now interested in 4,260,000 ordinary shares, representing 6.55% of the Company’s total issued share capital.
