Strategic Natural Resources plc (AIM:SNRP) was informed on 10 January 2011 that Regent Mercantile Holdings Limited had acquired 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.188% of the issued share capital of SNR. The Company were further informed today that following a sale of shares in SNR, Regent Mercantile Holdings Limited no longer has a reportable interest in the issued share capital of SNR.
