Strategic Natural Resources PLC ('SNR'), announces that it was yesterday informed that on 10 August 2010, Richard Latham, the Company's Chairman, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 9.5p per share.
Following this purchase Richard Latham now has a total beneficial and non beneficial interest in 2,901,111 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.08% of the Company's total issued share capital.
