Strategic Natural Resources PLC announces that Peter Earl, Non-Executive Director of SNR, no longer has any interest in the Company following the completion of the sale of 4,435,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 11 pence per share. The disposal, which was effected by way of an off market trade on 24th June 2010 for an agreed settlement date of 15 July 2010, has been made for family settlement reasons.
