Director's Shareholding

Strategic Natural Resources PLC (AIM: SNRP) announces that it was informed on 25 November 2009 that the following directors have purchased shares in the Company:
Elizabeth MacDonnell, wife of Randal MacDonnell (Non-Executive Director of SNR), purchased 31,650 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 November 2009 at a price of 15.5 pence per share. Randal MacDonnell now has a total beneficial and non beneficial interest in 98,872 ordinary shares in the Company equivalent to 0.13 per cent. of the total issued share capital of SNR.
Jeremy Metcalfe, Chief Executive of SNR, purchased 32,106 ordinary shares in the Company on 25 November 2009 at prices of 15.2 pence and 15.5 pence per share. Mr Metcalfe now has a total beneficial and non beneficial interest in 2,917,150 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 3.89 per cent. of the total issued share capital of SNR.
